Ruth N. Tomei Aug. 25, 1924Oct. 28, 2010 Resident of Alameda Ruth Tomei was born in Orwin, Pennsylvania. She moved to Alameda in 1945 and has lived in Alameda since. Mrs. Tomei was a member of Trinity Lutheran Church in Alameda. She was the beloved wife of the late Edward P. Tomei, loving Godmother of Karin Ruth Bailey of Lyons, NY. dearest sister-in-law of Albert (Evelyn) Tomei of San Leandro, CA and Dorothy Tomei of Napa CA. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews. She was also preceded in death by two sisters and a brother. Memorial services will be held on Tuesday, November 16 at 11:00AM at Trinity Lutheran Church, 1323 Central Ave, Alameda. Memorial Contributions in her memory may be made to Trinity Lutheran Church. I am sorry to be so late in sending these words to you. Ruth was such a good friend to me and my family that since I can remember she was always Aunt Ruth to me and to my son. I know that she is with the Master Weaver and her cloak He finished was filled with the love she received from her family.
