George Plummer Obituary

George W. Plummer Dec. 19, 1931 - Nov. 9, 2010 Resident of Castro Valley What is life? It is a flash of a firefly in the night. It is the breath of a buffalo in the wintertime. It is a little shadow which runs across the grass and loses itself in the sunset. Life is not separate from death. It only looks that way. A proud Native American of the Blackfeet Tribe, George Plummer was born in Browning, Montana on the Blackfeet reservation in December 19, 1931 and his spirit left this earth November 9, 2010. With our loss comes great comfort knowing his pain and suffering is over. Jess C Spencer Mortuary 510-581-9133

Wishing Karen and family peace and comfort. Your marriage was inspiring.

You may have thought I didn't see,
Or that I hadn't heard,
Life lessons that you taught to me,
But I got every word.
Perhaps you thought I missed it all,
And that we'd grow apart,
But Dad, I picked up everything,
It's written on my heart.
Without you, Dad, I wouldn't be
The woman I am today;
You built a strong foundation
No one can take away.
I've grown up with your values,
And I'm very glad I did;
So here's to you, dear father,
From your forever grateful kid.
