Daryl VAUGHN Obituary

Daryl Kyle Vaughn April 4, 1961 ~ Nov. 3, 2010 Resident of Anchorage Daryl is survived by his parents Bert & Sue Vaughn of San Leandro, CA. His loving wife Bonnie children Athena, Kyle and Jennifer Vaughn and Daniel Adrian, all of Alaska. Brothers Eric Vaughn and his friend Tamye of Valley Springs, CA and Brian Vaughn and his wife Kimberly of Napa, CA. He will be dearly missed by his nieces and nephews and extended family and friends from Alaska to California. Daryl graduated from Marina High School in 1979 and moved to Alaska in 1987 where he fell in love with the open spaces and the love of his life, his wife Bonnie. Daryl continued his love of Alaska by becoming a commercial salmon fisherman. Friends and family are invited to attend a Memorial Service on Saturday, November 20th, 2010 at 12:00 (Noon) at the Faith Fellowship Church located at 577 Manor Blvd., San Leandro, CA. In lieu of flowers, please make donations to the American Cancer Society.

To plant trees in memory, please visit the Sympathy Store.

It was a Beautiful service today for Daryl. He was such a Great guy and he will be missed by all. He touched so many lives and all of his friends and loved ones will hold a special place in their heart for him now and always. Let his memories and beautiful smile shine down on all. Rest in Peace Daryl. To the Vaughn Family - You will be in my thoughts and prayers. God Bless.

I was very sorry to hear of Daryl's passing. My prayers go out to the Vaughn family. Growing up in the Manor, we all knew each other or a sibling of, went to the same pizza parlor, shopped at Porter's, and have memories of Marina High - and this is where I remember him. God bless you Daryl and may he watch over your family during this sad time and always.

We will miss you. You always made us feel like family.
