Ruby V. Argenbright Feb. 19, 1919 Nov. 20, 2010 Resident of San Leandro Ruby passed away this past Saturday after a long bout of illness. Born and raised in Wisconsin, she made her way to California in the late 1950's from the town of Manitowoc with her late husband William (Billy).
