To the Ballard family:
I am so sorry to hear this about Mr. Ballard. He was my Assistant Manager at the Oakland Office of the CSAA for many years.
Mr. Ballard was so nice to me and very protective as an Asst. Mgr. I owe him a lot for being nice to me. He was a nice person, as a person, and as an Asst. Manager. He was very professional in dealing with employees. He had class in dressing up, so neat and classy. He taught me a lot as an employee.
He was very knowledgeable about the cashier dept...He always gave me a helping hand whenever there was a problem. I cannot describe him adequately as my Asst, Manager. He was very easy to work for and work with. My sympathy goes out to you at this time of sorrow.

I had the great pleasure to work with Mr. Ballard at California State Automoible Association in the Oakland office. He was not just my assistant manager he was my mentor.
