Dearest Ratto family - I was thinking of Tom today and was very sad to find his obituary. You may remember I was his girlfriend for many years and we had so many good times. I remember spending time with his family in El Cerrito, his brother Alan's beautiful house in Vacaville .... so many happy memories. I will always love Tom and will always miss and remember him. Love, Stephanie
