My uncle was the funniest comedian on two legs... or four wheels. From his smart-alec comments to the goofy nicknames to the bratty one-liners, you couldn't help but laugh when you were in his presence. He was so generous and loving towards not just his kids, but all his nieces and nephews, cousins, friends, random strangers at Lucky's. He has left a void that can't be filled. We love you, Uncle. Say hi to all the brothers from us.

Butchie, all of us will miss your great sense of humor. You had the admiration of your family and friends thru out some of your personal battles with your health problems. It will not be the same without you when the family gets together. You kept everyone on their toes with your wise cracks and general good humor. My most sincere condolences to your wife and kids, and to my dear cousins, your sisters. All of our family have lost a special human being. You brought joy to everyone you knew. I am so deeply sorry to hear about the death of “Uncle Butch” I know he wasn’t my uncle but he was so warm and welcoming to everyone that he made me want to call him that anyway .. I know my father thought very highly of him. My thoughts and prayers are with you all now and just know that Uncle Butch will remain in our hearts forever .

I use to see Butch go by everyday on his scooter, usually in his Raiders gear. He always had a friendly "hello". Will miss seeing him.
He seemed like a really nice man. He always talked to my grandkids when we would be out for a walk. My thoughts and prayers go out to the family.
