Tiburcia P. Parafina 1922 - 2011 Resident of San Leandro Dearly beloved wife of the late Cornelio Parafina. Devoted mother of Helen Hamkins, Efren Parafina and Josephine Barnish. Dear sister of Alberto Pascual. Loving grandmother of Rachel, John, Michelle, Neil, Ashley, Jennifer and Justin and great grandmother of Kaela, Devin, Marissa, and Annalisa. Named Woman of the Year. Founder and Executive Director of Devotees of Penafrancia for 33 years. She enjoyed going to the casino, tend to her roses, and loved to dance. She was the heart of the party. Active parishioner of Our Lady of Good Counsel Catholic Church. She lived life to the fullest and will continue to be an inspiration to family and friends, and will be greatly missed. Visitation will begin Wednesday and Thursday from 2:00 P.M. - 8:00 P.M. at Santos-Robinson Mortuary, 160 Estudillo Ave. Vigil Service Friday at 7:00 P.M. at Our Lady of Good Counsel at 7:00 P.M.
