Joseph F. O'Sullivan

Joseph F. O' Sullivan, 68, of Coronado, CA, formerly of Kansas City, MO and Las Vegas, NV passed away at his home on February 20, 2008. Visitation will be held from 9:30-11 a.m. Monday, March 3, 2008 at St. Thomas More Church, 11822 Holmes Rd., Kansas City, MO followed by a Mass of Christian Burial at 11 a.m. Private inurnment will be held at Calvary Cemetery. In lieu of flowers the family suggests memorial contributions to Visitation School Library Fund in Memory of Kelly Patricia O'Sullivan, 5134 Baltimore, Kansas City, MO 64112. Joseph F. O'Sullivan was born August 22, 1939 to John A. and Mary Elizabeth O'Sullivan. He attended De La Salle High School and owned Thomas Radiator in K. C. before he moved to Las Vegas NV where he spent many years in the service industry and the last years in restaurant management. He was a Marine Corps veteran. He was preceded in death by his parents, his wife Mary Jo (Kopp), his daughter Kelly, twin brother Timothy and his aunt Lena Twenter. He is survived by a sister, Mary Kennedy of Lake Havasu, AZ, a brother John of Branson, Mo, a nephew Randy Burton of San Francisco, CA, a niece Dawn Jenkins of Columbia, Mo; sisters-in-law, Antoinette "Mimi" Powers, Virginia "Sis" Coppinger and husband Tom, Cathy Stoetzer and husband Mark; brother-in-law, John Kopp and wife Jane, and many nieces and nephews.
