Rose and Family, you have Eva's and my deepest condolences. I only knew Fred a short while but I feel as if I had known him for a lot longer. I visited him on Saturday and he was smiling from hear to hear as usual and spoke so well of his family, especially Rose. He was a gentle soul. It was a privilege to serve Fred and Rose as a Euchristic Minister. If there is anything my wife or I can do, please do not hesitate to call us. May God help you all through this time but remember that Fred is at peace with our Lord.

To the entire Pretz family, especially Rose:

I'm so very sorry for the loss you're feeling right now. Simply put, Fred was truly a Great Man and One of a Kind. I never saw him without a smile on his face and he never failed to put a smile on my face. Those smiles were also joined with lots of laughter.

This world as we know it was most definitely a better world because of Fred and I will miss him greatly.

May God bless Fred and each member of his loving family!

Love,
Jeff Mahaney
