I loved my Granny very much and wanted so badly for my son, Asa James, to meet her. I know that now she can see him daily and gets joy out of his smile. I am so glad to know that my son carries on her father's name, James. I will think of her often as I watch him grow up - and I will know she is watching, too.

My heart goes out to Dan and daughters and all family. She is a bright light whose light has gone on to Heaven. I miss her already. Her vibrancy, bright smile, and most of all her great since of humor encouraged all who knew her, especially out Sunday School class. I look forward to the day we will see her again at the feet of Jesus. "Jean" Ruth King
