Owen, I suppose you know what I thought of Fran. Besides being near the top of my list of downright cool people, she was so full of life. She was always interested in us, our family, always kept up on Nancy P. She was one of the most genuine and decent people I have known. And I have to say, I loved her sense of style - I always thought she was gorgeous. Donna and I are so sad and our wishes are with you. Our trust is in the Lord. John & Donna Vogelpohl

Owen, I was shocked to hear that Fran had passed away this morning. She was a lovely and gracious lady who always had a plesant smile and kind word. I enjoyed conversations with her at our pool this summer. My prayers are with you and your family. Neighbor, Patty Papagna.
