Clarence WHITE Obituary

WHITE, Clarence Patrick

84, of Dayton, Ohio, passed away December 6, 2020, after a long illness. Born October 18, 1936, in Old Landing, Kentucky, Pat lived most of his life in Kentucky and Dayton. He was predeceased by his beloved wife, Nancy and his son, John Daniel. The son of the late Clarence John and Lillian White of Old Landing, Kentucky, Pat attended Breckenridge High School in Morehead, Berea College in Berea, and obtained a Bachelor of Science at Wright State University. A veteran of the United States Navy, he went on to work at Systems

Research Lab and as a communications technician at WHIO

Radio.

An accomplished musician, he brought his exceptional skills to many different areas: the guitar, the dulcimer, the flute, the piano – and all this brought him and others great pleasure. His wife Nancy and music - these were the loves of Pat's life.

He leaves a sister, Mrs. Marilyn Tischer of Dayton, a sister June White and her husband Art Bartunek of Clinton, Connecticut, a niece, Stacey and her husband David Coffman of Windsor, Colorado, and a nephew Benjamin Tischer and his wife Gala Verdugo of New York City. Pat is also survived by his brother-in-law Jerry Parker and Jerry's sons Vincent and Marty and their families.

His family wishes to thank all the staff at Southview Medical Center, Kettering Hospital, and Hospice of Dayton for their

excellent care and compassion. A memorial service will be scheduled in the spring.
