I’m Sorry to hear about Stan. I still remember the pray group that you had when you lived in Bath Pa. years ago. I played the guitar and sang worship music. Lewis and I met each other there too. I know that Stan went home to be with the Lord and that’s the most reassuring message of all.

Stan touched so many of our lives. He was a mighty prayer Warrior, a smooth dancer and his sense of humor was contagious. I'll never forget our Skip-Bo card games they were very intense. He would always say keep believing and stay strong in spirit ..My deepest condolences to my beautiful friend Sarah and her family that we have become to love very much!

Stan, or manly Stanley as Dana and I called him, was such an inspiration. Stan and Sarah were my parents next door neighbors in Pennsylvania for many years. I remember Sarah giving me baths in her kitchen sink when I was little (now 45 years old). Stan and Sarah are so intertwined that all of the memories go together. Sarah offered food to everyone who entered. But most importantly, they loved people. Stan was so gentle and loving. He was also a man of prayer. I still remember a sermon he shared probably 30 years ago about tithing. Most of the time pastors refer to it as tithing money, but Stan said that our time is also important. He challenged us: could we give God 10% of our day (2.4 hours )? What about 5% or 1%? He always talked about the importance of prayer and reading God's Word. He valued relationships: with God and loved ones. This is where he found his strength. He stood firm on Christ the solid rock and led many to Him. Stan, thank you for giving to the Lord. I am a life that was changed.
