Age 67 of Miami Twp., passed away Wednesday, January 6, 2021. Peg was a very active 40-year member of St. Henry Church. She is survived by her husband of 47 years, Chris,
3 sons; Michael C. (Toni) Meiser, Daniel (Rachel) Meiser, Joshua J. Meiser, mother-
in-law Marian Meiser,
brother Kenneth A. (Linda) Wackenthaler, 4 grandchildren; Harrison, Monroe, Violet and Amelia. Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated Tuesday, January 12, 2021, at 11 a.m. at St. Henry Catholic Church,
6696 N. Springboro Pike, Dayton, OH 45449. Visitation will
be Monday, January 11, 2021, from 6-8 p.m. at Sanner Funeral Home, 800 So. Alex Rd., West Carrollton, OH 45449. In lieu
of flowers, memorial contributions are asked for Hospice
of Dayton, 324 Wilmington Ave., Dayton, OH 45420 in
Peg's memory.

We always looked forward to coming home and getting a very welcoming wave from Chris and Peg as we pulled into our driveway. We only knew her a short time but it was quite apparent she had a heart of gold! May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow.

If you knew her you loved her. You just couldn't help but love Peggy Meiser. Her heart was made of gold and her soul always saw the humor in any situation which meant you always felt love and happiness in her presence. In their marriage, she and Chris had the kind of love and understanding you normally only read about in fairy tales. Their love story impacted many because it was so beautiful to see.
Rick and I were blessed to have called Peggy and Chris our neighbors and our friends. Over the years, we have shared many of life's milestone events as well as some of the simple pleasures in life like Breakfast with the Beatles and a cozy campfire. On Wednesday, my world just became a little smaller, but I know my heart and my life were enriched and deepened because I could call Peggy my friend and for that I am grateful. When I think of Peggy, I am reminded of a quote from "Wizard of Oz," one of my favorite movies: “A heart is not judged by how much you love; but by how much you are loved by others.” Peggy Meiser was deeply loved.
