Delight Slotwinski Obituary
Delight Slotwinski, age 88, passed away January 10, 2021, in Middletown, Ohio. She was born to the late Thomas and Ethel Grigsby on January 30, 1932, in Chavies, Kentucky.
Delight was an avid reader as well as a published author. She loved to travel the world and was a talented artist.
Delight enjoyed oil painting and was a member of Franklin Bible Methodist Church. She is survived by her children, Shelia (Michael) Craycraft, Sharon Chasteen, Terry Hileman; grandchildren, M. Shane Craycraft (Tamra), Jason Craycraft, Jesse Craycraft, David Chasteen, Christopher Chasteen, Travis Hileman; great-grandchildren, Bryson Craycraft, Jillian Craycraft, Ashley Marie Delight Chasteen, Caleb Chasteen, Emily Chasteen; great-great-grandchild, Kinsley Jane Delight Little; and sister, Rosalie Teaster.
Delight was preceded in death by her husband of 41 years,
Edwin Slotwinski; siblings, Ralph Grigsby, Rudolph Grigsby, Agnes Reed, Ruth Brewer, Matthew Grigsby, Eddie Grigsby and Magdalene Stephens. A private family graveside service will be held at the convenience of the family. Online
