“Aunt” Sandy was one of a kind. I was always confused how we were related when i was a kid... she’s not my aunt, not my cousin, her mom isn’t her mom?! but really is?! What?!? But i knew one thing. She was family. And even though i didn’t know her well and maybe saw her once every few years i knew without a doubt when I saw her she was happy to see me! I didn’t know why, but she let me know! She made me feel special just for being me because of who she was. She was the special one. Some people just have that inner light and joy that makes everyone around them happier and feel just a bit better. Aunt Sandy was one of those people.
I’m sure she’s up there causing trouble already. They are lucky to have her. I know we all were.
Love you, Sandy xoxo

Its hard to compose a comment for you, a lady who I met once, but was loved from moment we were introduced! I am incredibly sorry we didn't have more time as a family to connect and know that Skip has loved you all his life! Thank you for being such a loving and caring person to all you have touched on earth. We will never be the same without you, but are better because we knew you! May God keep the family wrapped in his arms as we mourn and find peace.
