Mrs Haggy, Candy, Brett I'm very sorry to hear of the passing of Bill. I had the great fortune of being taught/coached by Bill for approximately 10 years in both basketball and baseball. He was by far the best coach I ever played for. I feel lucky to have been coached by, coached with, and been a friend to Bill. He will be missed by many.

Only had the privilege to know Bill for a couple of years. However, watching him coach the youth at Northeastern I could tell what a great person he was and how important he was to the people that were fortunate enough to have been coaches by him. Coach Haggy will be missed. Prayers to Judy and to the rest of the Haggy Family.

Dear Judy, Candi, and Brett,
Mother and I send our deepest sympathies. Bill was Mr. Northeastern Football and will be deeply missed by our community. Bill encouraged and motivated so many young people in our district, neighborhood and community.
I remember that Bill was the first-ever boy that asked me to dance at a school dance. I was so geeky, that took courage on his part! That was in 1957. Old memories and kindness never fade.
My prayers to you and the family.

I first met Bill at Plattsburg elementary School when I was in the 3rd Grade. Later I played baseball with him at Northeastern and after that watched Him coach my two sons at Northeastern in Football. He was a great athlete, great coach and a great Human Being. Bill you will be missed.

I am sorry to hear of Bill's death. I only new him as an athlete on baseball and basketball teams that I coached at Northeastern High School. He was a genuinely good guy. He loved his teammates and he loved them as well. He was a super competitive athlete who truly loved people and treated them with
Kindness and respect. I understand that after graduation he devoted much of his time to his school and it´s athletic teams. I feel blessed to have known Bill and am sure those athletes who were touched by his life feel the same. My thoughts and prayers are with Bill s family and friends.

I am so sorry to hear of the passing of Bill. He was one of the most kind-hearted genuine man I have ever had the opportunity to have spent time with. He loved his family deeply and certainly loved being a part of Northeastern Athletics. To say that he will be missed is a huge understatement. A great man. Heaven has just gained a great assistant coach.
