Mrs. Waggoner was one of my elementary school teachers in Springfield, Ohio. I'm nearly 53 years old now and I've never forgotten her and the love and laughter she shared with all of us kids.
Many condolences to the family and friends.
See you on the other side Mrs. Berg!
