Rudy Duncan was employed as one of the original Air Force Appeal and Grievance Examiners. Subsequent to the passage of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, EEO Complaints were also investigated by the Grievance Examiners. I met Rudy when I was first employed in 1982. The function was moved to Wright Patterson AFB in 1985. Rudy´s love for golf was well known to all. I lost touch with Rudy when the complaints analysis function was returned to our Nation´s Capitol in 1992. Rudy was always a gentleman. He always contributed to a pleasant workplace. I am so sorry to hear of his passing.
