Patricia TRAVIS Obituary
86, of Springfield, passed away November 13, 2021, in Good Shepherd Village. She was born September 18, 1935, in Rock House, Magoffin County, Kentucky, the daughter of Ben and Bertha (Risner) Jenkins. Mrs. Travis was a member of the Springfield Enterprise
Baptist Church. She enjoyed crocheting, sewing and spending time with her loving
family. She had been employed at T. C. A. Survivors include one son; Keith (Beatriz Garella) Jenkins, one stepdaughter; Victoria Travis, eight grandchildren, numerous great-grandchildren, siblings; Ruie (Dona) Montgomery, Ray (Arbutis) Jenkins, Mamie DeHart, Denzil (Rhoda Alice) Jenkins, Gallord (Elaine) Jenkins, Benzil (Vivian) Jenkins, Lillian Howard, Ronald (Audrey) Jenkins, Wanda (Jay) Manns and Marsha (Ray) Adkins and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Strother Travis Jr. in 2003; sons, Roger Travis and Rodney Travis; sisters, Ruth Tanner and Rosland Day, and her parents. Funeral services will be held at 1:30 PM Friday in the JONES-KENNEY-ZECHMAN FUNERAL HOME with Patricia's brother, Gallord Jenkins officiating. Friends may visit with the family for one hour prior to the services. Burial will follow in Enon Cemetery. Condolences may be shared at www.jkzfh.com.
