Clara BETHEL Obituary
Age 91 of Springfield, passed away on Friday, February 4, 2022, at her residence. She was born the daughter of James and Viola (Noble) Kendall on September 27, 1930, in Springfield, Ohio. Clara is preceded in death by her parents; daughter-in-law Mary Bethel; sisters Mary (Chester) Riley, and
Thelma Dean; brothers
Howard (Betty) Kendall, and Harold Kendall; several nieces, and nephews. Clara is survived by her beloved children Dale Bethel of Springfield, Mark Bethel of Springfield, Linda (Rick) Jones of Springfield, Sharon (Mike) Maine of Springfield; grandchildren Chris (Staci) Maine, Robbie Maine, Julie
Duncan, Michelle (Cece) Tate, Cassandra Bethel, Brittany
Bethel, and Cody Bethel; 11 great-grandchildren; sister-in-law Francina Kendall; special friends Sue Kirkbride, and Ellen
Parker; several nieces, nephews, and a host of friends. Clara was a loving mother, grandmother, and friend. She will be missed by all of those who love her. After 35 years of faithful service, Clara retired from Bosca Leather where she worked in shipping. Clara was a dedicated mother and enjoyed cooking for her family. Friends may call on Thursday, February 17, 2022, at the RICHARDS, RAFF, & DUNBAR MEMORIAL HOME, 838 E. High St., Springfield, Ohio from 12PM – 1PM where
services will be held at 1PM. Interment to follow in Rose Hill Burial Park. Online condolences may be left at
