Mr Shep, Keith and family, I send my heartfelt condolences. Chuck was on of my best childhood friends on Millicent Ave. I remember clearly how he use to beat me at basketball when we used a trashcan as our rim, pushedup against the side of the house, which served as a backboard :-). Chuck was a caring, fun, and gifted brother. May God provide the family, comfort, strength, and a peace that surpasses all understanding during this difficult time.
