Karen was a wonderful person! She was so friendly and cheerful! We so enjoyed her and Guenter as are neighbor in Centerville. I am so glad she visited with me last year. My sympathy to all her family and her fiance. She was so excited about getting married in April. I am sure she is a great loss to him as well as her family. May she rest in peace.

I so enjoyed meeting Karen in California and Colorado when I was invited to spend the holidays with the Good Family. She was a lovely and kind person and I enjoyed getting to know her. It was especially heartwarming to see her and Bill together and celebrating their engagement this past Thanksgiving.
I am so sorry to hear of her passing and extend my sincere sympathy to the family.
Just knowing her for a brief time, seeing her love and kind heart I know she will be deeply missed.
Rest In Peace, Karen.
Sincerely,
Susan Luc

Karen was our dear lovely friend for over 57 years. We had so much fun in Washington D.C., when Jim and Karen lived in the apartment above us. Trips to Williamsburg VA, the birth of our first children, and many other excursions. We went separate ways when our husbands left service in The Navy and Air Force but always stayed in touch. We visited during a snow storm in Des Moines, spent happy times in Dayton with growing families and later visited in Wilmington. Karen loved Octoberfest in Cincinnati when she lived here and we would get together when she came back to enjoy the festivites.
Karen was so excited and happy these last months. When I last talked with her a few weeks ago she was very hopeful and looking forward to a wonderful future with Bill.
Karen's loss was a shock to us. Our deepest sympathy to Chandler, Warren, Matt and their families.
We loved Karen and will deeply miss her. Dear friend rest in peace.
