She was an awesome teacher and a great person. When I graduated in 1983 I joined the army. I was discouraged after basic training and she drove all the way to where I was doing my advanced training to encourage me to hang in there. Her caring but long drive changed the course of my life. That kind of care for a former student is way above what anyone would expect. She was amazing
