I did not know Dort well, but she was one of the first people at Eagle to truly make me feel welcome. She was always a smiling face or voice on the phone. My condolences to her entire family and circle of friends.

I met Dort in the early 70's at Reynolds & Reynolds. Dort was very funny with her quick wit and would always find ways to make the job more fun than work. I will always remember her as a sweet and kind soul that was "real". Sending prayers to her family and friends. Jean Cofield-Shepherd

There are so many great things to be said about Dort! She was certainly one of a kind and I am so blessed to have had the opportunity to cross her path in life. I met Dort starting at EAGLE and she greeted everyone with a smile on her face! I had many great laughs with her; almost daily. The office was never the same after she retired! Many of my stories with Dort warrant a head shaking and an 'Oh, Dort', LOL. She had a great way of making feel comfortable, or uncomfortable with her bluntness. She was an absolute hoot! She loved many and loved hard. Heaven gained one wild angel. Love always, and miss you Dort.

Diana, Ken, Betty, Terry, Mary and Mike,
Irene and I are so sorry to hear about Dort's passing. Whenever we were back in Centerville to visit our daughter, we would always go to Saturday mass at St Francis. I would always look for her. What a great person and someone we both could call a friend
