Gary was a neighbor in our neighborhood on Crownwood Avenue in Englewood/Dayton. I admired Gary and Linda very much. I was sad to learn of Gary's death through the DDN Obituaries. I watched Brad after school when he was in Kindergarten! Brad and my oldest son Bryan Holl loved playing together. I moved away from Crownwood and lost contact with many people. Lots of great memories from special neighbors there. My sympathies to Linda, Brad, and all those who loved Gary.

I had the pleasure of having him in 7th grade Life Science. He encouraged me when I had to give a verbal report to the class. I was so nervous. He was so patient.
I thought of him often.
May God bless you and your family in this time of sorrow. Prayers
