My dearest childhood friend (since toddlers), and classmate Angela Player-Slack. Whom I loved dearly and was honored to have had the pleasure of being the Maid of Honor in your wedding 36 years ago. You will be greatly missed, but I will always remember the fun times we shared, the laughter and the tears... The good 'ol days when the village was in full affect.
I remember when your dog bit me in the back, and your mom frantically took me to the hospital, but fussed at me for aggravating the dog days prior and days of skipping class at Lawless you, me, Tonya, and Desaund and the time Ms. Taylor caught me forging Coach Wash signature on a pass to return to class... The end of a chapter I'll never forget as it helped to shape and mold me into the person I am today (forever grateful).
There are so many memories that will forever live in our hearts. Angela will be greatly missed by all who knew and loved her. May we all find peace and comfort in the Word of God and in the support of family and friends during this very difficult time ~Ramona
