Jones, Billy G.

Jones Billy G, age 88, of Brookville, OH, unexpectantly went home to be with the Lord on January 23, 2025. Born on April 18, 1936, in Mallie, KY, to Arthur "Rod" and Gladys Hall Jones, Bill was a cherished husband, father, grandfather, neighbor, and friend. A devout follower of Jesus Christ, he dedicated over 50 years to Crestview Baptist Church as an active member. Bill's career as a Branch Sales Manager at Becker Electric in Brookville was marked by dedication and integrity. He leaves behind his children, Terri, Mark (Teresa), and Greg (Beth); grandchildren, Madison, Cameron, and Anna; sisters Virginia Long and Sarah Pratt; brother Arthur; along with numerous nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends. Preceding him in death were his beloved wife of 64 years, Elsie, his parents, and brothers Hagen, David, and Harold. A visitation will be held on January 29, 2025, from 10:00 a.m. to 12:00 p.m. at Crestview Baptist Church, 6600 Salem Ave, Clayton, Ohio, followed by a funeral service at 12:00 p.m. officiated by Rev. Tim Cain. Interment will take place immediately after the service at Arlington Cemetery in Brookville. In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to Crestview Baptist Church, 6600 Salem Ave, Clayton, OH 45315.
