I was shocked and so sorry to hear about Joretta's passing. She was a friend and classmate of mine. We last talked at our 45th Patterson Co-op High School Class reunion. We reminisced about our days in the "Blue House" at Cornell Heights Middle School, and how we need to keep trying to locate our missing classmates. I will always remember her infectious smile and kind heart. She will be deeply missed by everyone in our class.
My deepest condolences and prayers are with her family during this difficult time. I have attached some photos from our 20-year high school reunion.
