age 74, departed this life on Monday, Feb 24, 2025. Visitation 10 AM. Followed by 11 AM service, Saturday, March 8th, Canaan Missionary Baptist Church, 5191 Hoover Avenue. Jackie, Alita, and Anthony. I am so sad to hear about Clint transitioning. The last I saw him was at Aunt Martha's home going service. We waved and gave each other a big smile. I haven't seen him since Uncle Jim's home going. I pray that the Lord will help you fill the void in your lives and hold you in His constant care.

It was such a pleasure to have you as a director and mentor. Those years you were the Director of Facilities at CSU, you not only challenged me to be the best I could be at work but, as a man also. I will never forget when you told me how important it is to make executive decisions. You would say, I don't care if you're right or wrong in the decision you make, just make the decision! Never leave things undone. I hope God has a camero parked in front of your mansion that He has prepared for you. I ask God to comfort the family in this time. Thank you CB.-Broderick
