DAINGERFIELD - Services for Minnie Ola Hayes, 107, of Daingerfield, formerly of Stafford, Ariz., will be at 11 a.m. Friday, December 14, 2007, at Faith Temple COGIC, with Elder Tim Cook officiating. Burial will be in Whitmore Cemetery. Arrangements are by Tumey Mortuary. Mrs. Hayes died December 5, 2007, in Omaha.
Born May 26, 1900, in Daingerfield, she was a lifetime member of Mount Moriah Baptist Church. Survivors include her daughters, Marguerite Lawton, Margretta Brown and Winnie Jewel Scroggins; and sister, Bennie Everett. Visitation will be from 10 a.m. - 5 p.m. Thursday, December 13, 2007, at the funeral home.
