I am so sorry to hear about your loss. I went to Novato High with Pat. We had our 20 year reunion this weekend and that is when I heard that he had passed. I wasn't really close to Pat then, but we had some classes together. Mostly I remember him as an all-around good guy. Best wishes to you and your family.

Kristin and Family,
I was deeply saddened to hear about the tragic loss. It's been decades since I had contact with Alan or the Kane family. (I graduated with Alan and always had a special place in my heart for the Kane family). I have confidence your young boys will develop the same qualities Pat had as a teenager. Always compassionate, friendly and loyal to his family and friends. Please extend my condolances to Jackie, Dean and Shawn. Your family is in my thoughts and prayers.

Kristen,
I was shocked and saddened to hear of Pats death. No one deserves to loose such a great husband and father. I got to know Pat when we worked together at Simmons. After one San Francisco market, Pat gave me a ride to Oakland Airport where I was flying out and you were flying in after a girls vacation to Mexico. He was so excited to see you. It was a fun reunion for me to see. Greatfully, the Lord's plan provides for a glorious final reunion. I wish you and your boys the best. I'll be running a couple tri's this year and if I don't have "PK" written on my arm, he'll be in my heart.
May God Bless your family

Your family has been in my prayers since Saturday the day of the race. I was at the race and my best friends son raced with Patrick in his category. Matt was pulled in minutes before Patrick. Matt too has a wife, 2 sons and extended family at the race.

My heart aches for you and your boys. Although we do not know each other personally I feel so connected. Your family will remain in my prayers as you continue to accept this tragic accident.

God Bless You
