Dear Ranck Family,
Although I haven't seen Jack in many years, he was a friend of our family while I was growing up and into my adulthood. He was a dear friend to my mother, Margaret (Peg) Woodhead, and was so kind to me when my mom died suddenly in an auto accident. He came to the funeral home and shared his memories and we laughed and cried. After my Mom's death he called on my father's sister, Grace Crook, who lived in Rebekka Manor and periodically he would contact her when he had new clothing in the store that she might like because he knew it was difficult for her to get out and shop. I just viewed the "Our Town" video on Northern Cambria and was happy to see Jack was in it. I am so sorry for your loss. Jack's passing will leave a vacuum in the lives of many.
Sincerely,
Susan (Woodhead) Durham
