Joyce Buskey Obituary
She is survived by her two daughters, Tonyea and Jacqueline Buskey; her granddaughter Laura, all of Altona; four brothers and a sister-in-law, Gary J. Boyd of Phoenix, Ariz., and his companion Janice Gowette of Plattsburgh, Rachael and Mildred Boyd of Peru, Wilfred Boyd and companion Iris Duval of Plattsburgh, Bruce Boyd and companion Karen of Plattsburgh; a sister and brother-in-law, Barbara and Donnie Ross of Dannemora; a sister-in-law, Diane Boyd of Mooers; a brother-in-law, James Buskey of Morrisonville; and several nieces and nephews.
She was predeceased by her parents, Melvin and Emma (Jarvis) Boyd; her husband Gerald; four brothers, Robert, Richard, John and Douglas; and two sisters, Joan Buskey and Jacqueline Boyd.
Calling hours were held Saturday, April 25, 2009, from 10 a.m. to noon at the Brown Funeral Home, 3123 Miner Farm Road in Altona. A Mass of Christian burial was celebrated at noon Saturday from Holy Angels Church in Altona.
Arrangements are entrusted to the Brown Funeral Home, 3123 Miner Farm Road in Altona.
The family wishes to thank Varin's Ambulance Service, the Altona Fire Department and her home health aides for the care given to Joyce.

I am sorry for ur loss she was a good hearted womem. I did not know her very well but of what i di she wa a good lady and kind caren the love for she had for her family was so great well she will be missed very much and god belss her soul R.I.P aunt joyce love Tiffaney matthew candice miss u
