John Pfardrescher Obituary

JOHN HOWARD PFARDRESCHER, JR., 75, of Dayton, Texas, died Wednesday, July 15, 2009 at his home. Visitation was held Thursday, July 16, 2009 at Sterling Funeral Home in Dayton, Texas. A memorial service is scheduled for today, July 17, 2009, at 10:00am at the First United Methodist Church, Dayton, Texas with Reverend Jon Stouffer officiating. Mr. Pfardrescher was born July 8, 1934, in Houston, Texas, to parents, John Howard Pfardrescher Sr. and Ella Marbury Pfardrescher. He was a retired millwright. He was married for fifty-two years to Gayle Glenn Pfardrescher. Mr. Pfardrescher was preceded in death by his parents, and two sisters; Frankie Pfardrescher Block and Sally Pfardrescher Waters. He is survived by his wife, Gayle Pfardrescher, son; John Howard Pfardrescher III and wife Judi, daughters; Patti Hill and husband Billy, Debra Schibetta and husband Bill, grandchildren; Jennifer Thomas and James, Joey and Lisa DeHart, Susan DeHart and David McCain, Rachel Pfardrescher, Chris Bell and Ali Allison, Sal Schibetta, Nic Schibetta, Angelo Schibetta, great-grandchildren; Addison McCain, D.J. McCain, Tyler Thomas, Bryce Dehart, Justin Phillips, Randell McCord, special friends; Dayton Athletic Booster Club and Dayton ISD Coaching Staff and many other relatives and friends. In lieu of flowers donations can be made to your favorite charity or to the Dayton Athletic Booster Club's Scholarship Fund in his name.
