I am sorry for the loss of your dad. I worked with Chuck for many years as his partner in the modules at the Jail. I know that he loved you guys very much and was proud of your accomplishments in life. He talked about you guys everyday and always wanted you guys to have the best in life. Unfortunately we didn't stay in touch after he left but I am sure his love for his children never changed. I will miss him and I am very sorry for your loss.

Dad
You were always there for me when I needed you the most, whether to vent my frustrations of life or to share my happiest moments you were the one who I could count on. A day doesn't go by where I don't think about you and wish for just another day with you. I love you!!

My husband and I knew him as "Brit". Met him through Pennie Beaulac. We really enjoyed our visits with him. He will be truly missed. I am so very blessed that he had found Jesus as his Lord & Saviour, which he had shared with me personally his experience, and we know that we will see him again. Look forward to his great smile and warm welcome. To the family: I pray that your hearts find comfort with sharing your fond memories of him and know that he now is with Jesus. Blessing to you, Joan & Mike Pray

I enjoyed working with officer Brittingham. We were sometimes on different shifts and when I moved next door to the work release facility our contact was limited but his attitude and demeanor always brightened my time at Snohomish County Corrections. Chuck, thanks for the memories.
