Frances David Obituary

Frances David
of Canton, Ohio, died on Jan. 19, 2011 at the age of 78. She was born June 26, 1932. She was the daughter of predeceased Otto and Lillie (Daniel) Taylor. She was of the Catholic Faith. Frances had five predeceased sisters, Iona Kajamas, Anne McKenzie, Maxine Brake, Garnet Speck, Evelyn Hay and one surviving brother, Robert Taylor. She received her high school diploma in 1950 from Union Local High School, Milford Center, Ohio. In 1953, she married Edward F. David. They have four surviving children, Thomas David, Pamela Alexander, Catherine Gemberling and Joseph David. After graduating from high school and prior to her marriage, she was a dance instructor for Arthur Murray Dance Studio, an airline stewardess for TWA and a secretary for the State of Ohio, Department of Highways. During her illness and during her last days three of her grandchildren, Anna David, Jacqui Gemberling and Edward David spent numerous hours keeping her company and attending to her care. They will sorely miss her.
There were no calling hours and funeral services were private and officiated by Father Don King. The funeral services were held at the graveside.
