Mary Hamrlik Obituary
She was born July 21, 1924 in Ambridge, Pennsylvania where she was raised and married her late husband Steven R. Hamrlik in 1941. Mary was a member of the Catholic Church of St. Peter. She was a homemaker, and enjoyed spending time with her family.
She is survived by her daughters, Diane Hamrlik of Sheffield Lake, and Marilyn (Joseph) Kapsch of Cary, N.C.; sons, James (Maryanne) Hamrlik of Charlotte, N.C., and Jeffrey (Peggy) Hamrlik of Amherst; 8 grandchildren and 5 great-grandchildren.
She was preceded-in-death by her husband, Steven R. Hamrlik in 2006 and parents, Metro and Rose (nee Simko) Gerega.
Friends may call on Friday, April 27th from 10:00 a.m. until closing prayers at 10:45 a.m. at the Dombrowski-Riddle Funeral Home & Cremation Center, 1939 Oberlin Avenue, Lorain. A Mass of Christian Burial will follow at 11:00 a.m. at the Catholic Church of St. Peter, 3501 Oberlin Avenue, Lorain with Reverend Fr. Craig Hovanec officiating. Entombment will follow at Calvary Cemetery Mausoleum, Lorain.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Catholic Church of St. Peter School 3501 Oberlin Ave., Lorain, OH 44053.
