Frances MacIlwinen Obituary
Greenville
Mrs. Frances G. MacIlwinen, 71, of 201 Lake Circle Drive, Greenville, passed away Thursday at home after an extended illness.
Born in Greenville, SC a daughter of the late Allen J. and Frances Peace Graham, she was a graduate of Sweetbriar College. Mrs. MacIlwinen was a longtime member of Christ Church Episcopal.
Surviving are a daughter and son-in-law: Susan Roberson (Steve) Lambert, Greenville; sons and daughter-in-law: William Lee (Tai)MacIlwinen, Columbia and Duncan Alexander "Sandy" MacIlwinen, Greenville; 10 grandchildren: Sam, Ian and Jessica Lambert, Catherine MacIlwinen, Brian, Patrick, Jack, Duncan, Furman, and Graham MacIlwinen; and a great granddaughter: Lilly Lemon.
Funeral services will be held 2:30 Sunday, July 8, 2012 at Christ Church Episcopal with Rev. Bob Childs and Rev. Keith Turbeville officiating. Family will receive friends after the service in the Parlor
In lieu of flowers memorials may be made to: Christ Church Episcopal, SC Governor's School of the Arts, Centre Stage Theater or the Humane Society Animal Shelter.

God bless the family. Frances was one ohe my favorite people from my youth. I can't ever recall an unpleasant memory of here. She was a joy to be around always. Knowing she has passed makes me sad that I won't see her again in this life , but happy that she suffers. No more and leaves so many fond memories in the minds and hearts of many family friends and acquaintances It will be a joy to see her again in heaven.
