Krisanne Frost Obituary
Krisanne Norwood Frost, age 61, went to be with God on December 6, 2012. A true Texan, Kris was born to Pat Norwood Walker and Bill Norwood (deceased) in Houston on March 29, 1951, and spent much of her childhood in the Hill Country around Bandera and Kerrville. Krisanne is survived by her loving daughter Adrianne Frost and Adrianne's other half Tom Kelly, brother Bryan Norwood, wife Jan, their two sons and her mother Pat Walker. Special friends include Adrianne's father Tom Frost III and wife Meaghan and the entire Frost family, the Blue Star Contemporary Art group, Adrianne's Yaya's and all of Krisanne's lifelong friends. Krisanne held both a BS in Cultural Anthropology from UTSA and Associate of Allied Health from SAC. An extremely talented artist, she was well versed and capable of producing amazing work in all mediums, with a particular love for welding. If life imitates art, then Krisanne's life was a representation of life's art and all that is joyous. She was a vivacious individual with a deeply spiritual side. Kris spent the last eight years surrounded by her true love, art, at the Blue Star Contemporary Art Center.

Kris, I will never forget the day we met and the many times thereafter. Adriene was an amazing child and both of you oozed with beauty, genuine kindness/I would simply become mesmerized listening to you, even Adrienne. You were a true treat while we had you here. Fortunately Adrienne carries much of you within herself. Brian and I will always think of you with great fondness even love.

The bright lights of San Antonio are a little dimmer tonight without the light of your candle. All of us were blessed for having been engulfed in your light and unconditional love. What a loss, I knew her briefly and am sad to hear of her demise. She was as you say, joyful and very charismatic. Diana Kersey and I wish to share condolences to her family. She was taken from the world way too soon. She is missed already.
