Aurora de la Fuente lovingly nicknamed "Ruby" by her family, born Aurora Lopez, January 26, 1925 passed on January 29, 2013. She is preceded in death by her husband Ignacio de la Fuente; daughter, Dahlia Sauceda; sons-in-law, Mike Garza Jr., Gilbert Reyes; sibling, Jesus Lopez, Matias Lopez and Luisa Contreras. Ruby's legacy will be carried on in the hearts of her children, Celia Garza, Carlos Dela Fuente and wife Diana, Joel Dela Fuente, Eloy Dela Fuente and wife Donna, Richard Dela Fuente and wife Rene, Cynthia Dela Fuente and fiancé Michael; 22 grandchildren and 19 great grandchildren; siblings, Santos Lopez, Ezequiel Lopez and several nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Visitation will be from 4:00 pm until 8:00 pm Friday, February 1, 2013 at Brookside Funeral Home. Funeral service will be conducted at 1:00 pm Saturday, February 2, 2013 at Brookside Grand Chapel with interment to follow in Brookside Memorial Park.
