AIKEN, S.C. - Funeral Services for Mr. Willie R. Raiford will be held 1:00pm Wednesday, at the Ridge Hill Baptist Church with the Rev. Donald Hall, Pastor. Interment will be in the church cemetery. The family will receive friends at the family home ( 1420 Vanest Rd., Ridge Spring, SC.,) and there will be visitation 6-8pm Tuesday at the Funeral Home. He was a 40 year retiree of E. I. du Pont and a 5 year retiree of WSRC. He is survived by sons, Darrell Raiford, Aiken, SC and Wilfred (Brenda) Raiford, Ridge Spring, SC; daughters, Brenda (Raymond) Brunson, Ridge Spring/Aiken, SC, Cleopatra Raiford and Queen (Ernest) Harvey-Holloway both of Aiken, SC; a brother, Clarence (Charlotte ) Raiford, Aiken, SC; sisters, Cleo R. (Charles) Rogers, East Orange, NJ, Ora Belle R. (Earl) Daniels, Aiken, SC; and Gwendolyn R. Cornelius, Columbia, SC; a special friend, Mary S. Dennis; 12 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren. Amos & Sons Funeral Home, Johnston, SC will be handling the funeral arrangements.
