Shirley Sims Obituary
78, of Daly City, CA. Passed away on April 18, 2014, exactly how she wished, peacefully at home with her family at her side. Mom was born in San Francisco on October 10, 1935. She spent the majority of her life keeping her well decorated home spotless. She is survived by her sons Richard and Stephen (Rizamarie), cherished grandsons Stephen and Nicholas, her former husband and father of her children turned close friend Mike Sims, her Nieces Kathe and Debbie, and many cousins. She especially enjoyed having birthday meals with cuz Maureen. She had many dear friends, but none closer and loved as dearly as her friends Debbie and Pat. Mom was very generous with her love, making sure everyone felt special. She enjoyed her ocean view and her wishes to be laid to rest in the ocean with a view of her house will be fulfilled by her sons. The family asks that you please remember Mom in your prayers and never forget her beautiful smile. Per her wishes no services will be held. Please make donations in her name to the St. Vincent DePaul Society of San Francisco www.svdp-sf.org and Parca www.parca.org.
