NORTH AUGUSTA, S.C. - Mrs. Ann Walters Stretch, 77, of Carriage Lane, wife of Frederick Stretch, entered into rest on Wednesday, August 20, 2014 at University Hospital. A memorial service with Military Honors will be held at 11:00 AM on Saturday, August 23, 2014 in the Chapel at Rowland Funeral Home with Dr. Gary C. Redding officiating. Interment will be private. Mrs. Stretch was a member of First Baptist Church of North Augusta. She retired from the Federal Government and was a US Navy veteran. Additional survivors include two sons, Glen Bailey and his wife Pauline of Evans, GA, and Donald Bailey and his wife Teresa of Niceville, FL; one daughter, Kay Hagen of North Augusta, SC; 7 grandchildren; and 6 great grandchildren. The family will receive friends at the funeral home one hour prior to the service. Memorials may be made to First Baptist Church of North Augusta Children's Learning Center, 625 Georgia Avenue, North Augusta, SC 29841. Mrs. Ann was my son's 4k teacher and I had the privilege of working with her at FBCNA some. She was a wonderful woman and will be greatly missed. Your family is in my prayers. I am so sorry for your loss. May God bring peace to you all
