STAPLETON, Ga. - Ivelyn Jordan English, 95, loving wife of the late William Thomas English, entered into rest Saturday evening, October 25, 2014 at Cedar Plantation Assisted Living in Metter, GA. Funeral services will be held at 11:00AM, Tuesday, October 28, 2014 in the James Funeral Home Chapel with the Reverends Don Black and Jason Allen officiating. Interment will follow in the Stapleton Memorial Cemetery. Ivelyn is also preceded in death by her son, Tommy English; her daughter, Joyce Allen; her parents, Addie Pearl Kitchens Jordan and Tommy Ivy Jordan; and all her siblings, Mary Faglier, Dorsey Jordan, Hardwick Jordan and Fred Jordan. Survivors include her daughters, Ellen Vickers (Vic) of Tifton, and Krystal Ponder (Ronnie) of Metter; five grandchildren; and nine great-grandchildren. Pallbearers will be Chip Johnson, Cliff Johnson, Will Johnson, Donald Guy, James Sheppard and Scott Stapleton.
