Dear Brooks Family- Barbara was one of those rare individuals whose goodness and gentle spirit filled you everytime you talked to her. I knew Barbara from the many years I worked at DCJS and always looked forward to speaking with her whenever we would see each other in passing at work. Heaven gained a special angel. May her memory of all the people she touched while here on earth sustain you in this, your time of need. God Bless.
