TAIT George Daniel Garner (St Boswells / Glasgow)
On September 5, 2018, surrounded by the love of his family, George, darling husband of Madeleine, proud and devoted father and father-in-law to David, Dominic, Cristina and Elizabeth. A much loved brother and brother-in-law. Loyal friend to many. George had a very distinguished and successful career in law and business, most recently as a Founder of the Borders Distillery, Hawick. Requiem Mass in St. Aloysius Church, Rose Street, Glasgow on Thursday, September 13, at 10 am. All friends are respectfully invited. Interment thereafter private. Family flowers only please, but donations if desired to the Macmillan Centre at Borders General Hospital. George will be received into the church on Wednesday September 12, at 6.30 pm. RIP.
