I still think about Kathy. She was a very special caring person. I am thankful she came into my life.

I am so sad to hear Kathy died. She was my first babysitter when we were neighbors in Kettering in the 70s. We would run into each other occasionally over the years and catch up on our families. Kathy was always smiling and happy.

I have such good memories from high school with Kathy but I loved her most for being the sweetest teacher to my daughter Michelle. She loved everyone and will be greatly missed.

Dearest Kathy,
We will all miss you, as a teacher, as a mother and as a friend. You were on my mind the other day as I walked by your old home. We had such good times when the children were younger, didn’t we? I will miss seeing your bright face and having chatty conversations at our church bazaar. I’m so sorry you had to suffer from the cruel disease of Alzheimer’s. It was not only hard for you, but also for your family. May you rest now in peace with God.
Peace be with you, Sarah and Holly and family.

Kathy we have been friends through Fairmont West and then Miami. I am sorry that we haven't seen each other for a long time -- but I hope now that you are at peace and can watch over those daughters, grandchildren and parents as their guardian angel.

I was so sad to see about Kathy. I met her when she worked at a nursing home my mother was at. She was so kind to my mother and helped me with her when my mother was having an emotional breakdown and other times as well. She was always so thoughtful and understanding with me. We talked a lot about our families. She was so kind with her mother-in-law when she was there also. I did visit with Kathy at Elmcroft before the pandemic. She was a very special person. Rest In Peace Kathy. You touched many lives.
