LAING David (Davie) (Portobello / Glasgow)
Peacefully, after a short illness, at Royal Infirmary, Edinburgh, on Wednesday, October 7, 2020, David, (formerly of Anniesland College, Glasgow), much loved brother to Marjory and Jean, dear uncle to Stephen and Susan and their partners Irene and John and great-uncle to Rachel, Rebecca and Jacob. Due to the current restrictions this will be a private family funeral.

I've just heard about Davie and want to send my condolences. We were close friends for Many years. Although we haven't been in contact since he moved back east I have many fond memories of our friendship, cycling and holidays together. Both my sons were very fond of him and sad at his passing. He will be remembered fondly. Jack Law
